Frequently asked questions.
What is MeridianOS?
A whole desktop that lives in your Nomad account: your apps, your files, your windows and your settings. Sign in on any computer and it opens the way you left it.
What happens when I use another computer?
Install MeridianOS, sign in with your Nomad account, and your desk opens as you left it. Your files and settings live in your account, not on the machine.
How does the free trial work?
Meridian Starter is free for 14 days. You start it, and later change or cancel it, in your Nomad account on the web. Nothing is ever paid inside the app.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I use the apps without MeridianOS?
Yes. Polaris Browser, Reach and Citadel are free, and Nomad Office and the Premium plans of Reach, Drift and Citadel can be bought on their own. Inside MeridianOS, every plan includes Nomad Office and Pro and Ultra add the Premium plans; outside it, each app has its own subscription.
Do I need a Google or Microsoft account?
No. A Nomad account is your email and a passkey or password. If you want your Gmail, Outlook or Google Drive in MeridianOS, you connect them inside the apps.
